Suitable for use in bathrooms and kitchens
Using a polypropylene woofer that’s moisture-proof to IP54 standards, the CM1008 is ideal for use in tougher domestic environments, such as kitchens and bathrooms. The robust aluminium grille also resists corrosion and physically protects the speaker system.
Large woofer for powerful bass
Featuring an 8-inch woofer cone, the CM1008 produces deep, powerful bass. Ideal for higher volumes and lower distortion, this ceiling speaker is perfect for larger spaces. The two-way design means that a separate tweeter keeps the top-end bright and detailed-sounding.
Quick Fix connector for easy fitting
The new Quick Fix mounting system makes it quick and easy to install the CM1008. Fixing screws are hidden behind the grille, giving a clean, low profile style that blends well with most ceiling finishes. For the perfect match, the grille is spray paintable.
Powerfull 2-way in-ceiling speaker with HiFi sound. The CM1008's housing is constructed from high-quality ABS while the loudspeaker itself is made of polypropylene and is IP-54 rated for use in damp environments. These speakers can be used with every standard HiFi amplifier, no processors are needed.
Easy to install, due to its simple, quick mounting system (3 screws which are hidden behind the loudspeaker grill).
