The Chord Company design and construct award winning hifi cables at every price category, claiming the hearts of music lovers and critics alike. Essentially all of Chord's cables are meticulously put together by Chord specialist engineers at their factory in Salisbury, UK, resulting in an unbeatable level of build quality.
The Rumour 2 is astonishingly compatible, and will make the most out of compact bookshelf speakers and large floorstanders to their best of their ability. Two sets of silver-plated conductors are insulated with PTFE, and are then arranged in a twist configuration. Chord found that this design technology was so successful, that they began to implement it to every other model of speaker cable they sell, all the way up to the reference level models.
Rumour is the first cable in their catalogue to use this critically acclaimed combination of silver-plated conductors and PTFE insulation, guaranteeing a strong and detailed signal transfer of superior quality, resulting in a performance far superior than its price point would suggest.
If space is of concern, and you are unable to accommodate the room for Rumour 2 but require a cable of its standard; Rumour Install should be your first consideration. Rumour Install utilises the same high quality conductors, but excludes the outer jacket found within Rumour 2. this allows the cable to exist in a compact 4mm x 2mm profile, making it an ideal installation cable with an outstanding performance.
Sold as single metre lengths, please adjust quantity accordingly. Please ensure that the correct length, termination and quantity is selected before ordering, as once cables are custom cut to the order specifications, they can not be returned.
