The Heos 7 from Denon has been designed to offer the best possible sound capable of being reproduced from a single, wireless stand alone unit. This aesthetically iconic and elegant enclosure is filled with a vast number of advanced technologies and innovation. One example would be the dual high quality mid-woofers, working alongside dual precision tweeters, a liquid-like subwoofer and dual passive radiators. The active drivers within the Heos 7 are brought to life by five audiophile standard Class D digital amplifiers. The sonic integrity of the signals being played through these elements are further enhanced by the inclusion of a set or precision DSP acoustic processing algorithms, originally designed and utilised in high end studio environments.
The Heos speaker series offer support for a range a of different music streaming sources with plans to add more in the near future. Currently, compatible sources include Rhapsody, Pandora, Spotify and TuneIn - as well as local sources such as an iOS or Android smartphone or tablet, or your own NAS drive/PC or Mac. You can hard-wire sources to one speaker and have it stream with impeccable synchronisation to other Heos speakers located around the house. The Heos 7 also features a headphone output, for easy-streaming and private listening.
The Heos 7 (HS2) also features integrated Bluetooth for direct streaming from a smartphone to the Heos 7 without needing a wifi connection. The latest HS2 model of the Heos 7 also provides support for high resolution audio formats.
