The Dynavector P-75 MKII Phono Pre-Amplifier has many features that allow you to achieve the best possible sound from your record player.
This Phono Pre-Amplifier has capabilities to match to different cartridges, thanks to more sophisticated load and gain settings. The Phono Enhancer circuitry enables a broader match of cartridge matching overall. Lower noise and lower distortion levels help you, as the listener, to be able to enjoy your record collection without the irritating prospects of unwanted interferences from the amplifier’s circuitry.
Overall, this is a pre-amplifier that is a benefit to your phono activity, ideally with the addition of a similarly priced match cartridge. We also supply a wide range of cartridges from Hifi Gear.

* Input sensitivity and gain is determined mainly by the cartridge internal resistance. Three resistance/gain adjustments available. # Low resistance coil --- approx 4 - 10 ohms # Medium resistance coil --- approx 10 - 20 ohms # High resistance coil --- approx 25 - 50 ohms
The coil resistance is obtained from the cartridge manufacturer's specifications. This resistance is the DC resistance of the coil, sometimes referred to as the impedance. It is not the cartridge loading resistance. |
