Free delivery
Hifi Gear offers free, safe and efficient delivery on all orders over £50 to UK mainland customers. Orders under £50 are subject to a £4.99 minimum order charge to cover administration and delivery costs. Our deliveries are made on weekdays only, between 9am and 6pm.
If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you then contact the depot you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively you can arrange to pick the goods up from the depot, for which you will need some form of photographic identification, e.g. a driving license.
Smaller items (e.g. cartridges, spike shoes etc) are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post within 3-5 working days.

We want to deliver your order to you as quickly as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered the very next working day. However, because your order may not be in stock with us and we have to wait for delivery from the manufacturers, please allow 7 to 10 working days from placing your order for delivery.
