The Electric Advance & Drop V2 television wall-mounting bracket is designed to move a flat screen television vertically, into a more preferable viewing height with flexibility and ease. A manual swivel function allows for further manipulation of the viewing angle by 45 degrees, with a self aligning mechanism when the wall mount is retracted into the upward position. 

This down-and-out movement makes it ideal for mounting the television over a fireplace as the bracket can easily clear a mantle piece.
