Grado headphones have a long established reputation of offering a beautifully engaging performance, complete with the level of transparency and dynamic prowess that rival brands are unable to achieve at the same price point and even higher. The 'e Series' is the third generation of Grado's headphone range and is the most state of the art collection of personal audio listening products in the company's catalogue today.

Freshly updated, although on the outside they look much the same as the previous series, on the inside they have undergone massive changes to all components. The SR80e is based a lot on the SR60e but featuring enhanced inner detail thanks to a special de-stressing process to the driver diaphragms and a 4 conductor connecting cable. Producing smoother treble and deeper, more controlled bass along with a wider, open and dynamic soundstage. As mentioned they still feature that classic Grado look of the open back, on-ear design. With all the upgrades they have received we expect them to follow in the footsteps of the last series with plenty of awards.

Who is Grado?
