Using Marantz's IS301, you are able to enjoy music files on your ipod, through your main stereo system - and enjoy holding the iPod in your hands, while manipulating and controlling playback from the IS301's smart interface. Simply plug the IS301 handheld adapter in to your iPod and send the files through Bluetooth (A2DP) to your receiver unit.
You can store the handheld device using the seperate base docking station which handles both charging and connectivity through USB, with iTunes on your PC or Mac. The cradled concept means you can also watch video from your iPods library when it's wired with the receiver. The cradle's design is flexibile, which enables the user to simply put it on a table - or if you would prefer, wall-mount it. Controlling power, volume and the source of your Marantz amplifier is easily possible with the buttons on the dock. Just keep your iPod in your hand and enjoy your favourite music in your HiFi room while sitting, or walking around.
