Elegant, whilst perfectly proportioned and intended for larger listening rooms, the 2 1/2-way Monitor Audio BX6 can deliver music and movies on a scale smaller speakers can only hint at. Working into their own internal sound chambers, the dual 165mm bass drivers deliver extended bass which is very controlled and tuneful, the 165mm bass/ midrange driver sounds natural and fluid, whilst smooth extended high register is the job fulfilled by the 25mm C-CAM tweeter. The cabinet featuring HiVE II port technology has been stiffened and made more rigid by copious internal bracing, whilst the single bolt through drivers do not directly connect to the cabinet, so introduce no coloration to the sound quality. Available in four attractive vinyl wood finishes.
