The Musical Fidelity M1 CDT high quality CD transport is a perfect match for the M1 DAC and the M1 CLiC digital streaming unit.. The Musical Fidelity M1 CDT’s sophisticated power supply has seven separate sections and twin choke filtration. This ensures ultra low noise and high data retrieval. The M1 CDT has a fully stabilised clock system which helps to ensure ultra low jitter. It will read a wide range of CDs: CDDA, CD-R AND CD-R/W discs whilst the Musical Fidelity M1 CDT provides CD text (for those discs with that data). Digital Outputs are: AES/EBU balanced digital, Coax and optical. When it is fed from either M1 DAC or the upcoming CLiC, the M1 CDT offers outstanding technical and sonic performance.
