Ortofon 2M Blue MM cartridge PnP
The Ortofon 2M blue moving magnet cartridge offers an improved nude elliptical stylus profile in comparison to the 2M Red for better information detail retrieval across the frequency range. This plug and play version of the 2M blue allows users with suitable SME type removable headshell tonearms to quickly and easily mount a 2M Blue in seconds.
Ortofon's classic split pole pin design offers a very flat frequency response to ensure maximum fidelity of sound. The advanced nude elliptical stylus tracks groove very securely, even on the most demanding, dynamic passages. A high output signal of 5.5mV gives a very good signal to noise ratio.

Ortofon is a Danish manufacturer of high-quality phono cartridges, designed to get the very most out of your vinyl collection from a variety of price points. Ortofon cartridges, both Moving Magnet and Moving Coil configuration are commonly found supplied with high-quality ProJect turntable models, but Ortofon cartridges sound exceptional with any compatible turntable.
