The Project Xperience 2 Basic+ builds upon the phenomenal success of the newly developed Essential tonearm, by integrating the same tonearm unit into a more adept turntable. This turntable utilises an improved motor assembly, as well as a more superlative chassis construction and design. The main platter and bearing construction of the acclaimed 2Xperience can be found on the Xperience 2 Basic+, weighing slightly less and comprising of slightly simpler material (MDF only, without a layer of vinyl). 

The motor is separated from the main bulk of the turntable, offering an exemplary level of isolation between the main chassis and the motor to ensure that unwanted resonances and vibrations are not passed onto the playback of the recording.
