The new REL G1 ( REL Gibraltar 1) brings high-end bass reinforcement to stereo music systems and home cinema systems. Featuring the latest in REL's drive unit, amplifier, enclosure and output interface engineering, this subwoofer re-defines quality bass performance at home.

Finished in high gloss black lacquer, the curved cabinet is immensely strong and damped, whilst also being an object of beauty. A 12" ultra long throw carbon fibre bass driver is fitted to the front face, powered by a 600W class AB power amplifier of superb quality and refinement. Bass sound effects in movies and deep organ/ bass guitar or kick drum sound incredibly tight and with unbelievable depth. Integrating the sub into your system is easy thanks to REL's unique Connectivity Suite - This subwoofer can take high or low-level inputs and be up and running in minutes. You can even daisy-chain multiple units to create staggering bass power for larger rooms.

The disc-shaped IR remote allows all adjustments to be made from the listening position - volume, crossover frequency and phase can all be set by remote and then displayed on the dimmable LED display situated immediately underneath the bass driver.

Who is REL?
