Rotel is a Japanese, 50 year old family business dedicated to designing and manufacturing the finest affordable hifi and home cinema components available on the market. Note that Rotel manufactures core components as well as assembling them into complete products, and so has total control over quality and sound characteristics. Audio product categories include integrated amplifiers, preamplifiers, power amplifiers, DAB tuners, and CD players. The A10 is one of Rotel's entry level hifi amplifiers, developed with the budding music enthusiast in mind. With a capable and efficient 40-watts per channel and a purely analogue construction, the A10 is able to drive smaller to medium level loudspeakers effortlessly and to a high standard. The A10 is built to do one job and one job effectively and takes away the unnecessary features that would result in an increase in price. This amplifier is built for sound quality alone. 

A wide range of analogue inputs can be found on the rear of the unit, including a Moving Magnet phonostage for direct connection to a turntable.
