The Rotel RA-05SE is essentially a similar amlifier to the Rotel RA-04SE, but featuring full IR remote control of volume, input selection and power standby.
Even though a power output of 2 x 40W into 8 ohms may not seem so high, the Rotel RA-05SE has huge current reserves thanks to it's over-sized toroidal transformer, enabling it to drive almost any speaker you might think of with ease.
Rotel RA-05SE has low distortion, wide-bandwidth circuitry giving it's sound quality a level of detail and transparency that is surprising at the price.
