Unison Research Simply Italy Integrated Amplifier

This exceptional amplifier borrows technology from and utilises a similar design philosophy to the company's 'Simply Two' amplifier; which is generally regarded as one of the world's most successful valve amplifiers. The Simply Italy seeks to offer the same phenomenal standard of audio reproduction found within the highly successful Simply Two, but in a more modern aesthetic. The same 12 watts of guaranteed, high-quality power per channel, but also now a 6-ohm output impedance, which increases the listener's option for loudspeakers, is compatible with 4 and 8-ohm loudspeakers.

The mastermind behind the Simply Italy claims that the “Simply Italy was created to provide serious audiophiles with a small, inexpensive, high-quality amplifier. Every technological solution was employed and our use of high-quality components contributes to an exceptional level of sound quality.” They have ensured this by taking a meticulous level of care and attention to every aspect of the amplifiers design and construction process; hand-building each unit in Unison Research's facility just north of Venice. All amplification stages within the Simply Italy are strictly valve-based, while the circuit design means that all the valves involved operate in a pure Class-A mode.
