The AT33Sa is one of the first moving coil cartridges from Audio Technica to feature the 'Shibata' stylus; what this delivers is a blissful, full-range audio reproduction. The advanced tapered boron cantilever and the reduced coil weight dramatically improves the audio quality, especially in the higher frequencies. The AT33Sa is fitted with a neodyminum magnet and a permendur yoke and what this does is dramatically enhances the magnetic energy. PCOCC (Pure Copper by Ohno Continous Casting) coil enables a pure signal transfer.  This in particular cartridge has a wide responsive dual moving coil with a high separation. Fitted onto this product is what's known as a 'VC mould' which limits unnecessary vibration. The final bit about the AT33Sa you should know about is that the cast is made out of hard aluminium alloy, which enhances the rigidity and the signal-to-noise ratio.
