The ATH-W5000 is Audio Technica's flagship headphone model, designed using high quality materials and put together as an embodiment of AT's commitment to superior craftsmanship, resulting in a truly dynamic and formidable sonic performance. The striped ebony housing is not just for elegant aesthetics, but its excellent acoustic characteristics aid in forming the immersive experience that the W5000 is able to offer.
The W5000 makes use of a number of additional technological feats to guarantee a truly high performance. 53mm drivers are equipped with neodymium magnet systems, designed and engineered specifically for the W5000. These driver units also incorporate a Permendur magnetic circuit and high quality (8N-OFC) voice coils to achieve their engaging sound.
