Unlike conventional spike shoes which merely protect easily damaged surfaces from spike damage, the Blue Horizon Spike Shoes control the coupling and resonance from the speaker or rack which it supports.

An outer case of aluminium has a central steel reinforcing plate able to withstand up to 100kg.

The internal damping material contains elastic material from either end of the elasticity spectrum for optimum damping and sound quality.
