Clearaudio's latest range of MM cartridges, dubbed the 'V2' series allowed the company to set an entirely new standard of quality within the phono cartridge market. Technical parameters of impedance, inductance, load capacitance, and sensitivity of the V2 series has been improved tenfold. Continuous and unrelenting research and development enabled Clearaudio to attain an almost perfect balance of stereo channels, as well as reducing distortion levels to an almost non-existent level.
The Maestro V2 MM comprises of an ebony body, tempered with a high quality Boron cantilever and micro-line stylus. The exceptional level of meticulous detail gone into the construction of the Maestro V2, combined with the selection of high quality materials allows for this unit to be one of the most sonically capable Moving Magnet cartridges on the market.
