The Statement Turntable has been designed and constructed to be a sample of perfection. Hand-built and engineered to an unheard of, never before seen level of sophistication and delicacy - the Statement Turntable sets out to deliver the most realistically accurate reproduction of music that has ever been possible in an analogue domain.

Constructed of a combined stainless steel, acrylic, aluminium and panzerholz (which is a bullet proof wood material) to offer an anchored resistance to resonance.  The Statement Turntable's intricate stand is constructed of a number of levels of panzerholz, between two stainless steel plates and seperated by stainless steel legs. This extensive construction sets out to support the main turntable units at the top of the structure, as well as forming an unparalleled protection from the damaging effects of resonance and unwanted vibration.

At the very top of the unit holds the highly sophisticated control electronics and control panel, complete with LED and touch-selection start, stop, speed secection and fine pitch manipulation.

Raised above this section is a massive stainless steel platform, which comprises of two stainless steel plased, laminated together using a a high-performance damping material. This platform is also home to a gyroscopic bearing in which is mounted an enormous 80kg pendulum, which is directly connected to the main turntable body. The huge pendulum floating within the gyroscopic bearing ensures that the main turntable chassis is completely and entirely level.

The motor, which produces next to no vibration is a similar construction to that used within the Mars rover space exploration unit, and is driven and controlled by a built-in processor. This process checks the speed 7,000 times per minute in order to guarantee absolute speed stability.

The motor powers the sub platter, which has absolutely no mechanical connection to the plater above. A unique and revolutionary (as well as patented) no-contact magnetic drive design makes use of two circle magnets within two platters, the driven sub platter and a second sub platter which is connected to the main one. The upper sub platter and dynamically sound main platter are supported within a magnetic field bearing with zero load point, no wear, and complete silence - no noise.  This magnetic bearing for the double platter assembly is placed above the highest chassis element and is created from acryilic, which possesses a similar resonant behaviour to a vinyl LP record, which in turn, gives the Statement an unbeatably exceptional clarity and a great lack of colouration to the sound being played.

The main platter incorporates a stainless steel flywheel at its base and is manufactured from acrylic, again to match the resonant behaviour of the vinyl disc and maintain complete transparency. The top outmost edge of the Statement's platter also incorporates a stainless steel Outer Limit, a peripheral record clamp. This ensures that the record is lying flat, cancelling any but the worst of warps, and mechanically mates the record to the platter, effectively making them one in terms of micro-vibrations and resonance.

Also attached to the acrylic top chassis are four tonearm mounting bases. Two of these are used when mounting the Clearaudio Statement TT1 tonearm, the pinnacle of tonearm design and the perfect match for the Statement turntable. Two further arms can be added, or alternatively four conventional tonearmscan be used.

The Statement record clamp completes the set-up. This clamp is designed for the Statement turntable from panzerholz and stainless steel. It features three-point contact with the record label and reduces any resonance generated from the stylus / vinyl interaction as the LP is playing.

The Statement is the best turntable we could make. It includes everything we know about designing turntables and is built to be the absolute.
