Denon's D-M40 is the latest revision to the company's DAB-enabled micro system, and features a vast number of improvements to its already established predecessor, the DM39. The DM40 offers a clean and detailed sound response, and is designed to rejuvenate the integrity of the files stored within your Apple iPod and iPhone music libraries via the USB input. 

A 'Simple & Straight' circuitry design has been implemented within the DM-40 in order to drastically minimise unwanted distortion from the input selector,electronic volume and power amplification sections to provide a truly pure sound response, complete with every dynamic detail left intact. A Triple Noise Reduction Design has also been used in order to further preserve the quality of the signal. 

The D-M40 allows you to play audio from a number of sources, including FM, DAB, DAB+ and CD, as well as a USB-port for Apple devices and a digital input meaning that you can connect your television to the unit. The DM40 produces a room-filling 60 watts of total power, and the DAC chipset found within the unit is of high precision 192kHz/32Bit quality. This high quality DAC also gives the DM40 the ability to decode higher quality file types like FLAC and WAV.
