DALI Menuet Bookshelf Loudspeakers - Ex Display

These White DALI Menuet's are in excellent conditon and have been used in our Hereford showroom for the last 18 months. The speakers  work perfectly and sound great, being one of the best reviewed compact bookshelf speakers available. The speaker cabinets are in near mint condition with the only noticeable blemish being a small mark on the rear black plastic panel to one speaker (See last photo). The speakers will come with their original packkaging and accessories along with a 5 year warranty as a new pair of speakers would.

DALI saw great success with their Mentor Menuet, a highly capable compact loudspeaker solution with the ability to reproduce a huge, room-filling sound that simply doesn't seem capable from such a small box. 

The latest revision of this speaker, now titled simply 'DALI Menuet' sees a number of improvements over its Mentor predecessor, once again setting new standards for the sound and performance from a pair of compact loudspeakers. It's a compact bass reflex speaker that measures only 25 x 15 x 23cm in size. The unbeatable sound quality is due to the specialised and specifically selected componentry within the cabinet. A 4.5" woofer is optimised to achieve the best possible coupling between the DALI-famous wooden fibre cone and the real wood veneer cabinet. 

Above this larger woofer is an oversized 28mm soft-dome tweeter, designed to start and stop with exceptional speed and precision, resulting in a truly accurate high-end and vastly wide stereo field. This is because the tweeter system is so light in weight, approximately 30% lighter than comparable standard domes.

Who is DALI?

DALI is an acronym of 'Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries'. As the name suggests, DALI is a Danish company that specialises in designing, engineering and manufacturing high-end and intermediate level audiophile speaker units. The company was founded in 1983 by a man named Peter Lyngdorf and has since expanded from the confines of Denmark, and can now be found sold all over the world as a well sought after brand of speakers.
