Providing your item is in stock, the order is usually dispatched within 24 hours. The majority of orders are sent via our couriers DPD and are fully tracked.
Once your product has been dispatched, you will be notified via email and sent a unique consignment number, you can use this number at www.dpdlocal.co.uk to check the status of your delivery. You should also receive an email from DPD with further tracking details once your parcel has been collected.
We offer delivery of certain products to Europe. If you are ordering from Europe you must be on the EU store, this can be selected by clicking the EU flag at the top of the page to be taken to our European store. From here eligible products can be shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Delivery charges are calculated in the checkout before payment/order confirmation. Please note we cannot ship all items to Europe, as a result, certain products will only be visible on our UK store.

Customs Charges: Some countries are subject to further taxes and duties when the items enter your country. We are not responsible for these fees. The customer is responsible for these charges so please check customs regulations for your country before ordering.
Missed deliveries: All customers will be provided with a tracking number once an order has been shipped. Please use this tracking information to check the day your order is expected to arrive with you. If you miss a delivery for any reason and a calling card is left, please be sure to contact the courier as directed by this card. Deliveries that are missed and not collected maybe returned to store, we charge for redelivery so please contact the courier if you receive a missed delivery card.
Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped: Customers will be responsible for shipping costs incurred if an order is cancelled or returned after the order has already been shipped.
