Ortofon 2M Bronze Replacement Stylus

All of the technology built into the 2M Bronze is geared towards offering the listener an even more realistic and lifelike sound quality - the rigid body of the cartridge is made from non-resonant Lexan DMX Piano black compound which gives very low colouration of the audio signal.

A very high-quality nude Fine Line elliptical diamond stylus is fitted to minimise record wear whilst also extracting the maximum audio information from the record groove. High frequencies, in particular, are extended and silky smooth and tracked very securely with very low distortion. The fine silver-plated copper wire windings and split pole pin generator system give a very clear and detailed reproduction of your vinyl.

Who is Ortofon?

Project audio started in the HiFi business by designing and manufacturing affordable stereo turntables in the early 1990s, beginning with the entry-level Debut model. It was a great success, like all other turntables on the market at that time were at least £100 more expensive, without offering a performance benefit. Project audio has gone on to extend the range of turntables they offer at all popular price points and performance levels, through midrange to high-end models.
