The Phono Box E from Project's Box Design series is the sub-brand's entry-level phono stage. Designed within a sturdy and modern-feel profile, the Phono Box E has been innovatively engineered to provide high-quality amplification to the output of your moving magnet cartridge to line level. The unit's physical profile is compact and subtle, it's easily placed near the turntable/amplifier to offer an aesthetically pleasing, unobtrusive and highly convenient phono stage solution. 

Who is Project?

Project started in the hifi business designing and manufacturing affordable stereo turntables in the early 1990s, beginning with the entry-level Debut model. It was a great success, like all other turntables on the market at that time were at least  £100 more expensive, without offering a performance benefit. Project has gone on to extend the range of turntables they offer at all popular price points and performance levels, through midrange to high-end models.
