The Koetsu Stone Body Platinum cartridges are manufactured from blocks of high-quality stone that are picked for their patternation and then polished to a sheen finish. Koetsu's flagship models, the Stone Body cartridges use rare platinum magnets and silver-plated copper wiring.

Who is Koetsu?
Koetsu is an established manufacturer of premium phono cartridges, renowned for their meticulous craftsmanship and unrivalled attention to detail; as well as the resulting audio excellence. Based in Japan and named in honour of Japanese artist Honami Koetsu, they have been hand building high-end cartridges for over thirty years and by using only the highest purity materials and most delicate construction methods, have honed their craft to result in an outstanding product every time.
