Constructed from 19mm MDF with heavy internal bracing, the Monitor Audio Radius R370HD packs a seriously powerful punch from it's 10" ultra long throw downward firing C-CAM bass driver. The bass output is clean, tight and very, very extended. On board is a 250W class D digital amplifier with sufficient power for the most dramatic scenes and effects in movie soundtracks. A top mounting control panel allows you to set volume and two different EQ setups, one for movies, the other for music for example. On the rear panel are the inputs and controls you would expect from a top class subwoofer - 12V trigger, variable crossover from 40Hz to 120Hz, stereo and LFE RCA inputs and a 0-180 degree phase control. The subwoofer is a crucial element to any successful home cinema, this one ticks all the right boxes for effortless bass reproduction.
