Uniti Atom All-In-One Network Player

Don't let its small stature fool you. While the Atom is the most compact Uniti network player, it still offers a vast range of connectivity options, a rich and room-filling 40 watts of power per channel and the same robust, premium build as its bigger brothers. Atom has been designed and engineered to the highest standard, aimed towards the discerning audiophile listener who doesn't have space for larger, separate boxes. The Atom is ready to go from the box, requiring only a connection to the WiFi and a pair of quality loudspeakers. 

All digital sources are decoded by the Star's powerful and extremely accurate 40-bit SHARC DSP processor (fourth generation). This processor is managed by a unique Naim software to reduce potential jitter to an absolute minimum as well as up-sample lesser quality formats and files that may be running through the system.

Naim App

The Atom can be controlled via Naim's app. Once loaded, there will be a 'Rooms' page, find the Atom and you are then ready to browse. The app will come with Tidal (high res streaming app), giving you the ability to search for any song you desire. If streaming songs aren't your personal preference, you can browse over hundreds of internet radio stations or if you've already got a Spotify account, you can use Spotify Connect to the Atom and listen to all your songs from any playlist.

 KEF R5 Floorstanding Loudspeaker

The new KEF R5 floorstanding speaker, this loudspeaker is the smallest floorstander in the range but this does not mean it lacks in any sort of way, the R5 also contains the same Uni-Q as its bigger brothers, with a 125mm (5in.) midrange driver and a 25mm (1in.) aluminium dome tweeter, producing intense levels of grain and detail, the R5 has a smaller bass driver coming in at 130mm (5.25in) but is still able to produce exceptionally clean bass whilst being easily placed in any sort of room, the R5 can be used as surround sound speakers or as part as your very own hifi system. The R5 will definitely be a lot of people's favourite, as it's still on the high-end spectrum of speakers, but this one is so versatile in what it can achieve.

KEF's Uni-Q

KEF's ingenious idea of placing the tweeter in the acoustic centre of the midrange cone, bringing the acoustic ideal of a single point source closer to realisation. The new R series benefits from the new 12th generation of the legendary Uni-Q which has been extensively designed using KEF's in-house simulation and analysis tools. KEF's smart engineers have found a way to reduce the colouration through reducing the resonance in the minute gaps between Uni-Q's separate elements, which will result in a much purer sound, more precise and will make stereo imaging far more believable.
