Featuring an elliptical stylus profile for superb detail retrieval, the Ortofon Classic GM E MkII is a superb sounding moving coil cartridge of great dynamic ability. An evolution of the original moving coil cartridge design of the 1960's, but now with updated technology for even better performance. Ideally suited to any arm with the SME collet locking system.
Who is Ortofon?
Ortofon are a Danish manufacturer of high quality phono cartridges, designed to get the very most out of your vinyl collection from a variety of price points. Ortofon cartridges, both Moving Magnet and Moving Coil configuration are commonly found supplied with high quality ProJect turntable models, but Ortofon cartridges sound exceptional with any compatible turntable.
