The S/2 is the smallest box within REL's intermediate range of lifestyle subwoofers, dubbed the S Series. While it may be small in profile, it's anything but small in terms of depth and sound. Using only the highest quality componentry and most advanced construction methods, this compact unit is capable of delivering a fast and dynamic sound when used in both home theatre and music listening applications.
The S/2 allows those who might be tight on space to truly unleash every element of their favourite films and songs to a standard fitting of REL's S Series. An internal 250W NextGen Class D amplifier powers the sub to a room-filling level, while retaining an unbeaten level of efficiency thanks to the highly lightweight yet super rigid driver units. This fast-responding driver unit sits carefully within a damped cabinet to produce bass that otherwise wouldn't normally be heard fro such a modest sized box.
