The HDVA600 is purely analogue, and has a symmetrical prowess that is particularly convincing. Signals from symmetrical sources are powered straight through for amplification, and those from asymmetrical sources are symmetrised. This amplifier reveals the full extent of its excellence in combination with especially attuned high-end audiophile headphones, such as the HD700 and HD800 models.
The components on the printed circuit board of the amplifier are selected exclusively with audio excellence in mind. When it comes to good looks, both the HDVD800 and HDVA600 have nothing to hide. The discretely, minimalistic, partial-glass housings, with solidly constructive control elements emphasise their sensuous and alluring design.
