The Sonos Play 1 has 2 class D amplifiers, each dedicated to its own driver ensure the Play:1 gives you the best sound from its small, compact design. excellent mid-range and deep bass provided by a 3.5" mid-woofer and crisp accurate high frequency delivered by the tweeter.

The Play:1 also offers you flexibility when it comes to setup. You can set it up on its own in any room around your home. You do need one Sonos device connected to your router, but you can always connect the Sonos Bridge to your router if it's in a different room to your Play:1.

If you've already got Sonos around your home, you can easily add the Play:1 into another room to expand your system. You can also run 2 Play:1 speaker linked as a stereo pair or add 2 Play:1's to a Sonos Playbar and Sonos Sub to create a full 5.1 surround sound setup, great for your favourite movies.

The Play:1 measure just 11.90cm wide and 16.15cm tall making it easy to place anywhere around your home. It features a continuous curve grille supporting wide audio sound and even a wall mounting hole to make it compatible with most wall mounting brackets. The Play:1 is also designed to withstand humidity making it ideal for rooms with varying temperatures such as the kitchen or conservatory. An app has also been developed which controls the Play 1 from the comfort of your living room. Available in Black or White

Sonos App

Your Sonos Device will have to be connected to your Wifi through an easy guided tutorial. The App is very simplistic to use, simply head over your app store and download the Sonos App; once downloaded, at the bottom of the screen, press on 'Rooms' and press your Sonos device. Once selected, press on 'Search' on the bottom of the screen and then you have the freedom to search for any song you desire; internet radio, blogs and podcasts are also readily available for you to listen to as well.
