A smaller version of the TEAC Aurb iPod speaker, the new TEAC SR-80iDAB iPod speaker is a well equiped unit which combines a number of useful functions in one small package. Measuring just 40 x 21.5 x 16 cm (W x H x D) this iPod speaker can replay music from your iPod whilst it charges, and also has FM/ DAB radio and USB input for playing MP3 music files. A stereo 15W amplifier drives stereo speakers with bass optimisation via Teac's own MAXX Audio DSP. An infra red remote control is supplied which allows you to select Artist, Album, tarck etc, a composite video output on the rear panel allows you to view the iPod menu on your TV screen. A pair of stereo RCA inputs on the rear permitts other stereo sources to be connected, for example a CD player.
