The Usher S520 are popular, award-winning speakers and are exceptional value, opening the door to high performance sound for the budget-conscious audiophile. They are magnetically shielded 2 way monitor speakers, capable of delivering a surprisingly high impact performance from their 5 inch polypropylene midbass and 1 inch dome tweeter, with a powerful, tight and controlled bass response. They have a very crisp, transparent and engaging sound, at a quality more akin to speakers costing two or even three times as much! As such they are quite a budget wonder and yet are as accomplished in a two channel system as they are in smaller multichannel systems. We tried them in our showroom as the front a read channels in a home cinema system and they sounded superb. No other Usher speaker has won as many awards or received so many glowing reviews. They include crossovers approved by designer Dr. Joseph D'Appolito and are available in a range of high gloss finishes.
