The Wharfedale SPC 8 active subwoofer is the entry level model in the new PowerCube SPC range, an affordable, high performance bass loudspeaker ideally suited to both music and cinema systems for bass reinforcement.
Featuring a 150W balanced drive fast class D power amplifier for high efficiency and speed/ control required for thrilling enjoyment of both music and movies. The 200mm down-ward firing long throw woofer operates within an infinite baffle cabinet for a taut, extended bass performance. Integration into existing speakers is easy thants to the variable crossover frequency filer from 30Hz to 150Hz, the higher figure ideal for integration with small satellite speakers.
A touch sensor near the top panel controls illuminates the dials when a hand comes near, making adjustment in dimly lit contitions a breeze.
