Yamaha CD-S2100 CD Player

It's common knowledge that Yamaha develop some of the most sonically sophisticated pieces of machinery in the world, ranging from glorious, high-end musical instruments right down to dynamic and impacting home cinema and audio-visual receivers and amplifiers. The CD-S2100 is no exception to this, and exists as one of Yamaha's most impressively constructed CD players to date. 

The CD-S2100, is perfectly paired with Yamaha's own A-S2100 and utilises a specifically engineered left/right symmetrical construction to offer a supreme stereo response. It also uses an independent digital/analogue circuit configuration with the foremost and top priority being sound quality. The single-stage configuration I/V conversion circuit enables this CD player to utilise a direct analogue output function. 

The independent power supplies integrated within the robust and sturdy housing of the CD player are completely separated in to digital and analogue, this avoids any unwanted resonance noise and ensures a clean signal transfer between the two elements. The high precision CD drive of the player has been designed to resist vibrations at a phenomenal and precise degree, while the high-precision signal reading assures an accurate and detailed response. The aluminium CD tray is almost as rigid and as reliable as the metal housing that it's contained within.

The CD-S2100 contains an exceptionally high performance 32bit digital/analogue from ESS, with integrated USB DAC functionality, as well as an ASIO 2.3 Yamaha Steinberg USB driver.
