Huge connectivity options and reference class performance are the bywords in describing the true capability of the astonishingly good Arcam AVR600 home cinema receiver. The newAVR600 is a full specification HD AV receiver, and has 7.1 channels with 7 x 120W per channel power output. HD audio decoding is present of course in the form of Dolby True HD and DTS HD Master Audio codecs.







With 5 HDMI inputs and 2 HDMI outputs which can give 1080p simultaneously, A 3D ver 1.4a upgrade will be offered in 2011. DAB and internet radio are on offer, as well as the more common FM and AM analogue stations. All inputs can be scaled up to 1080p to the HDMI outputs, analogue video inputs include 5 component in 1 out, 5 S-video in and 1 out, and 5 composite in and 1 out. All this flexibility allows you to simply have a single HDMI cable feeding your TV or Projector. Via the RS232 serial port, rDock or rLead can connect your iPod or iPhone to the AVR-600 enabling control and display of what is playing. A second RS232 serial port allows Crestron or AMX users to integrate their control systems.
