Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air now available with a choice of Lightning connector (iPhone 5) or legacy 30 pin connector - see options.

Retaining the iconic styling of its predecessor, the B&W Zeppelin Air incorporates a number of subtle styling improvements over the original Zeppelin, but the biggest differences are internal circuitry upgrades, improved drive units and Apple Airplay wireless technology.
Now featuring a digital iPod compatible docking arm,it takes the digital data stream from the iPod when docked and uses new, high quality Analog devices 24 bit 96kHz audiophile quality DACs to decode the music signal into the analogue domain, resulting in a much improved sound quality. This new dock is now capable of streaming music from either a wired or wireless internet connection, so that music stored on your home network on Mac, PC, iTunes, iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch can all wirelessly connect the dock and pass their digital music streams wirelessly.
The drive units of the Zeppelin have now been further improved to give improved bass extension, more midrange clarity and a more spacious and airy high register. Each of the five drive units is now powered from its own high efficiency class D power amplifier, the two tweeters and midrange units are driven from four 25W amplifiers, the bass subwoofer is driven from a 50W amplifier with improved rear firing flow port bass reflex loading. An easy multi-room music solution is presented - simply place as many Air's around your home as your wish, and they can either play different music in each room when paired with the appropriate dongle, or put them into party mode and they are all synchronised together, playing the same music in each area. The product is a supremely stylish, high performance and flexible music system with superb sound quality and extensive features which both improve connection flexibility and sound quality - the legendry Zeppelin story continues.
