The new Bowers & Wilkins PI7 True Wireless Earbuds. Subtle but ever so different changes from the PI5's. These completely wireless headphones share a lot of characteristics from Bowers' very successful loudspeakers, they are one of the best looking with their sleek finishes, they are well built and deliver that brilliant sound that Bowers has always provided. The PI7's is loaded with very convenient features including some personal favorites with consist of touch controls and hybrid noise technology. Touch or either tap the earbud to control music, calls, noise cancellation, and more.
With new Bluetooth headphones means more reliable Bluetooth technology, the PI7's use Bluetooth 5.0 which is the newest version to date. This means you can have a much stronger / reliable connection. Another really nice selling point is the audio retransmission case, a feature that is very new across the board, this gives you the freedom to use to PI7 case as a retransmission system, allowing you to retransmit audio to your PI7's, this can be done via connecting to any audio source.
True to the Bowers & Wilkins roots, you will find a powerful 9.2mm dynamic driver in each earbud (mid/bass) and a balanced armature (tweeter). These drivers were inspired by the engineers responsible for B&W's flagship loudspeakers, perfectly tuned for clear, well-balanced sound with precise stereo imaging.7
Who is Bowers & Wilkins?
Bowers & Wilkins are a company that needs a very little introduction, having been constructing some of the world's most critically acclaimed loudspeaker and headphone models for half of a decade. Starting at the entry-level 600 S2 series, through to the new 700 S2 series audiophile range, 800 Diamond series, and flagship Nautilus model. These different series of loudspeakers have been praised as the superior listening experience in both two-channel hifi/music listening and in multi-channel home theatre applications, having claimed a vast multitude of awards in both categories. A Bowers speaker can be easily recognised by their iconic styling and their new silver 'continuum' cone, present throughout the 600, 700, 800 & Formation ranges. In April 2019 Bowers and Wilkins introduced their newest "wireless" range called "Formation", giving you a true, high-quality music experience when it comes to streaming music wirelessly.
