'Click & Reserve' applies to items that may not yet be in-store for delivery or collection. Such items include products that are yet to be launched or items that have temporarily gone out of stock. Using the Click & Reserve function, you are able to pre-order the item ready for its launch, or reserve yourself an allocation of stock for when the item arrives back in store with ourselves. If this is the case, following your order/pre-order, you will be contacted by a member of the HifiGear team to discuss the most recent situation with said item and confirm that the estimated date of arrival is convenient for you. Our team will always keep you up to date with your order and as new details become available, they will be relayed to yourself as promptly as possible'



'Click & Reserve' also applies to products that are not available for courier delivery. Should you reserve a store-only item, a member of staff will contact you to discuss collection, local-delivery or installation of the item(s) in question.
