DALI Ikon 2 (Mk 2) Bookshelf Loudspeakers

The Ikon 2 (Mk 2) is the largest bookshelf model within DALI's Ikon range and delivers a performance that rivals the quality of some competitor floorstanding models. The cabinet itself is built with a rigid design, utilising solid bracings across the inside of the unit to provide further support and a strong reinforcement. This practically removes all unwanted resonance usually found within speaker cabinets. This rigidity, complete with the low-mass and high internal damping found within the 6.5" bass/mid cone arms the speaker with an astonishingly dynamic bass response and glorious midrange accuracy.

Alongside this newly developed woofer driver technology, is a number of additionally upgraded elements. This delicate and compact design comes with the newly enabled ability to truly optimise airflow, and hand-assembled crossovers aid in forming a high quality speaker even further. The Ikon 2 (Mk 2) is well suited as a stereo pair for two channel hifi, and equally as good as a front/rear pair within a complete surround sound home cinema set-up.
