It’s now time for the OPTICON series to benefit from new technologies and innovations, together with a fresh new aesthetic. We proudly present the DALI OPTICON MK2 series.

The OPTICON MK2 series consists of 6 models: two bookshelf models, OPTICON 1 and 2, two floor-standing models, OPTICON 6 and 8, the wall mountable OPTICON LCR and a centre speaker, OPTICON VOKAL Fresh and elegant aesthetic with new Satin White, Satin Black and Tobacco Oak finish options matched with new furniture grade grille fabrics New die-cast aluminium tweeter faceplates, New, in-house designed and manufactured soft dome tweeter derived from the DALI CALLISTO series.

New woofers and midrange drivers with SMC technology and DALI EPICON derived wood fibre diaphragms, New voicing and re-engineered crossovers incorporating upgraded, low loss components, Dual flared reflex ports for reduced port turbulence and noise.

Who is DALI?

DALI (Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries) is, as the name suggests, a Danish company that specialises in designing, engineering & building world-class loudspeakers. All DALI speakers feature variations of their lightweight wood fibre driver design, allowing their speakers to be easily driven and create musical, smooth & accurate sound at any volume level. 

The company was founded in 1983 by Peter Lyngdorf and has since expanded from the confines of Denmark and can now be seen and heard all around the world creating DALI’s signature engaging, true-to-life sound which adheres to the company's slogan ‘In admiration of music’. Today, DALI offers an exciting range of speakers to suit every taste from the cost-conscious Spektor series to the high-performance Rubicon series.
