Naim Audio offer a repair service for almost every item they have ever manufactured (spare part availability dependent). As a certified Naim Audio retailer, we are able to return your equipment to the Naim factory in Salisbury for a repair by their highly qualified engineers. This repair comes at a set cost for any repair and service work (Excluding DR and other upgrades). This listing is for repairs ONLY, Combined Repair & Service available at an additional cost.

To return your Naim equipment for repair, please contact us on 01432 354921 and arrange a date to drop your equipment off with us at our store in Hereford, HR4 9BW. We will then contact Naim to arrange a repair and service of your much-loved HiFi equipment.

Please be aware that equipment can only be sent back to Naim in an original 'drop tested' box. If you have misplaced, destroyed or damaged your original packing, Naim will provide a new one at an additional cost. Please call us if you require a new box as the price is dependent on your specific model.
