The OM 3E is a moving magnet (MM) cartridge designed and built by Ortofon to offer a superlative vinyl listening experience at the introductory level. Its elliptical shaped stylus allows for a balanced and dynamic playback that's free from distortion.
The OM 3E can be found fitted as standard on many of ProJect's award-winning entry-level turntable models, the OM3E sits at a comfortable price-point while performing as a very capable, high-fidelity cartridge.
Please note, any OM-series replacement stylus will fit in this body, including the Stylus 78. Designed for general listening use.
