SpeakerCraft AIM10 Five With the invention of the in-wall speaker, SpeakerCraft changed the way the world listens to music and movies. When consumer demands required a shift to speakers in the ceiling, we responded with the largest offering in the industry. However, in spite of the aesthetic appeal of in-ceiling speakers, they create a sonic conundrum. The fact is, human physiology favors a sound wave from directly in front of the listener. It just happens to be the direction in which our ears focus. Our efforts to address this situation resulted in the AIM series. Finally, an in-ceiling speaker could literally be pointed at the listening area to create a defined sonic image and dramatically improved frequency response. Undeniably the greatest innovation in custom audio since the advent of the in-wall speaker, the AIM series still dominates the industry. Its overwhelming popularity and versatility have set the standard for over a decade.
