Spendor

Spendor began designing loudspeakers in the 1960's in cooperation with the influential BBC Sound Engineering department - the resulting loudspeakers included the world famous BC1 and LS3/5A models.

Spendor is now run by Philip Swift (ex Audiolab) and the factory employs skilled acoustics engineers, craftsmen and designers to produce the current SA1, A3, A5, A6, A9 and Classic models.

Suited to multi-channel or stereo use alike, Spendor loudspeakers employ a fusion of modern engineering materials, tradition wood veneered cabinets with original porting techniques and bespoke, in house designed bass and midrange drivers give Spendor it's unique, natural sound quality.
