The Formation Wedge is a brand new wireless speaker from Bowers & Wilkins. Part of their new high-end wireless 'Formation Suite'. This wireless speaker will effortlessly fill any room with beautiful, high fidelity sound. As with any Bowers and Wilkins product, the Design, Materials and Sound quality are absolutely outstanding. The unique 120-degree elliptical speaker shape was created to hold a full range of high frequency, midrange and subwoofer components for a true stereo effect, with calculated, angled drivers so sound reaches every part of a room. The Wedge can stream in high resolution 24 bit / 96KHz quality and sync easily with other Formation speakers for a complete high fidelity, multiroom setup. Spotify, Roon, Airplay 2 and Bluetooth are all supported and controlled via the user-friendly Bowers and Wilkins Home App.

The overall design of the Formation Bar is one of favourite looking modern soundbars on the market, the wavy effect on the bar is just something unique which makes it strive ahead of competition, as all of the Formation Range, the Bar is a very livable product, making it simple to use and very easy to control and set up. The Bar has one of the fastest speaker synchronisation times the market has to offer, coming in at an outstanding 1 microsecond between any Formation product. Another key feature that was mentioned before is the high-resolution streaming, the bar is capable of having twice the fidelity than any other currently leading wireless speaker brand, giving you nothing but pure and crisp audio experience. Our Verdict

Please note that these are our own personal opinions so they may not be the same as your own personal standpoint about the Bar. The Bar is an incredible, versatile option to go for if you're thinking of getting a higher-end soundbar. It just gives off such precise and clear sound, everything is just there, the separation, the high and low end and especially the looks.

What we like about the Bar at this current time:

• Looks - Once again Bowers have nailed the looks of this soundbar, no matter what placement it will always blend into the environment
• Sound - With the 9 drive units, the feedback you receive is something outstanding, truly mesmerised by the sound
• Simplicity - The Formation Bar is super simple to set up
• App - The app is very easy to follow when it comes to syncing the bar to your Wifi

Who are Bowers and Wilkins?

Bowers & Wilkins are a company who needs a very little introduction, having been constructing some of the world's most critically acclaimed loudspeaker and headphone models for half of a decade.
