With 2 x 45W into 8 ohms on offer, the Marantz PM6003 is plenty powerful enough for most home stereo systems, and has all the features and sound quality you could wish for too.

Improvements over the previous PM6002 include a lower impedance toroidal transformer with screening can to minimise electromagnetic radiation to the pre-amplifier circuits. Marantz PM 6003 employs higher current capacity output transistors mounted on a large non-resonant heatsink and higher rated resevoir capacitors for better dynamics and a more solid bass response. Current feedback in circuits gives amazing transient response and an open, spacious soundstage.

Other features  include a MM phono stage, loudness control, source direct for improved transparency, bass and treble controls, four pairs of speaker terminals to enable bi-wiring of loudspeakers and gold plated RCA inputs for improved sound quality.

An ideal amplifier to upgrade to from an entry level unit, and will reward you with hours of listening pleasure.
