To achieve this, the enclosure and custom drivers have been optimised and tuned to provide naturalextended bass, that is fast and rhythmic. Driving the system is a powerful 100 watt Class D amplifier. This new generation amplifier keeps firm control of the bass.

Who is Ruark?

Ruark Audio is a family-owned British company, founded in 1986 that specialises in compact lifestyle radio systems. The company found massive success with the launch of its first unit, the R1, which has since evolved into its third rendition. Shortly after the R1 was launched, a multitude of larger and more prolific products began to appear on Ruark's catalogue and soon after, the same products would be seen in kitchens, bedrooms, offices and living rooms all over the world. Ruark is well known in the world of HiFi speakers from the '80s and '90s.
